I had a gain so I'm trying to make sure I do things right this week, let me know if you think I'm doing anything wrong. Oh btw, I'm on red today lol!

a 350ml skimmed milk (tall skinny capp at starbucks) a 250ml semi-skimmed milk (milk for porridge)
b 28g porridge oats and 1 Oat/Scan Branb 57g wholemeal roll (for dinner)



Dinner
Home made beef burgers

Home made tuna salad

Later I plan to have a chicken stir fry made with chicken, peppers and mixed veg made with fry light. And maybe a few chopped veg while reading in bed (a habit I'm trying to break!)

Sounds good to me!
Its better to keep a diary of what you are eating, it keeps you focused I think...well it does me anyway Lol!
