How has your food changed?

Since you started WW, how has your cooking style and food you eat change?

Before I would eat anything and everything in huge quantities, huge lasagne and garlic bread, half a pizza and loads of wedges and garlic dip. It was always crap processed stick it in oven food.

I've almost become vegetarian (which isn't great for my B12 lol) but instead of spending points on a chicken breast for a curry or whatever, I put loads of free veg in and just have more, like my Fajitas.

I also eat a lot more quick meals. I really like the WW microwave meals, and I adore the uncle bens 2 min express rice.

But i've also started to buy sauce jars like bolognase and curry and chinese cooking sauces. I'm trying to learn to do things from scratch so I know whats in them.
