I was always around 130Lbs. I went up to 180Lbs over a period of time due to poor eating habits and lack of any real exercise.

I decided that enough was enough. It was time for a change. I went on a 21 Day Fast - it should be noted that I did not cut food out of my diet, I just changed what I was eating and how much I ate.

I went from 180Lbs to 130Lbs - my goal was 140Lbs.

I also lost about 15% body fat and about 3-4 inches around my waist.
