How long did it take?

Hiya all just wondering im on cd onlt started yeasterday, lost nearly 2 stone on it in 2 weeks last time but wondered what your experiences have been in regards weight loss.
How long did it take you to lose 4 stone? that is my goal and im goig away in august and want to get it off by then. is that possible?

I've been on the diet 11 weeks and have lost 3 1/2 stone so far.
Think it's a wee bit optimistic to hope to have lost 4 stone by August. CD advises the average is a stone a month.

Well the averages are 1 stone per month. I've lost 4.5lbs shy of 4 stone in 10 weeks but i started out much heavier than you.

Assuming from your sig you're going away 14th August(?) thats what 7 weeks? Think it maybe a bit too much to expect of yourself to have lost 4 stone in such a short space of time, thats not me trying to knock you or anything, just being realistic but on a positive note you can make a heck of a dent in that amount in 7 weeks.

ok thanks, if i dont get that weight i want to be at least a size 12-14. im an 18 now
