Attack How long did you do?

I started Attack on Monday and am wondering when to move on to the next stage.

I know the length is related to how much you have to loose but it's not that detailed on when you've a fair bit to loose (70 lbs in my case).

(I love how it says needing to loose over 40 pounds is rare!)

So, how long did you do?

i also have/had! loads to lose my o/h and me decided to do 5 days mon-fri although dukan suggested 6. we though 5 was plenty and gave us something to look forward to on the saturday

i would do what the website tells you to? it should know what its doing, and meh....

i had over 70 lbs to lose and did 5 days attack any more wouldnt of made a difference and my body thanked me for some veg

I have 40lbs to lose and the Dukan site said I should do attack for six days!

I haven't started yet, like, but yanno :D

I was going to do 7 days, but the website said 6 days so I did the 6.

I have loads to lose, the DD website said 5,so I did 5. I thought it would be more, but it wasn't. Probably something to do with number of diets you've been on before/current weight/the other weights you had to put in. 5 days was enough to get me started, and by day 6, a PV day was welcome. I think just go with whatever it tells you, then continue from there.
