Not sure but on Sunday at my weigh in I didn't do a pee test and LLC said I'd definitely be in ketosis if I'm eating fruit. Not sure if thats the trigger or how far along that is for you.
Hi Marley, the lower GI fruits in week 3 and then the higher GI one's later on from around week 7 or 8 I think. Yay I start week 3 tomorrow and can't wait for fruit!
