I'm worrying about it a little!
TodayI start week 4 of SS. I started at 11 stone 3lbs (157lbs, I think) and now I'm, well, I'm not sure. When I weighed myself this morning, I was 139lbs, but my CDC scales will probably say more, as it's late in the day and I get weighed with clothes.
My goal is about 8stone. How long do you reckon it will take, bearing in mind you can't SS below 25 bmi?
