How long does the mousse last?

If i use the mix a mousse to make mousse, how long does it keep for in the fridge?

I wanted to split a pack in half, and have it with half a bar.

I don't really know the proper answer to this sorry diddums but I made mine into two portions yesterday and had the second one about 2 1/2 hours after the first and it was still fine, don't know if that will help you.
