How long should it take CC/ a CC counsellor to get back to you?

I have a few questions I'd like to ask before I see if CD is the thing for me to try. I emailed my local cc counsellor last Wednesday but hadn't heard back by Sunday, so I emailed CD directly, and still haven't heard anything? How long should it take to get a reply?

I was emailed the same day - perhaps you should give her a call..
Is there another CDC you can try?

Thanks for replying. CD admin just replied and have tried to get in touch with her too with no success, but answered some of my queries. I live in N. Ireland and theres only one that covers my area unfortunately? I'll just be a bit more patient!
