I have been following the Amazing Inch Loss Plan for 2 weeks so have been on 1200cals per day.
The first week i lost 6lbs (yey!!) but this week i have stayed the same. I admit i have been fitting in excercise wherever i can, but not always every day as i work and have a family.
Do i now have to step up to 1400 cals per day or has anybody tried 1200 cals per day for a bit longer?
