How many bars and tetra packs are too many?

I bought 4 tetra packs for work this week and 7 bars so one a day. My cdc didnt seem very happy with this and thought it was too many non shakes. It's also my aam week.

is this okay or should I be having more shakes?

well if you are on week 3 then a bar a day is absolutely fine, as for tetras you can have as many of them as you want , I only have those never have shake packs, so I dont know what the cdc is moaning about, it may be that tetras and bars cost cdcs more to buy so she is not making enough profit ??
strange though, this is YOUR diet and you are paying so you can have what you want
