How many bars are you allowed?

Hi,
I have ordered my Exante and going to start on monday
I was just wondering if there is any limit to how many bars you are allowed? I sure I read somewhere you are only meant to have a few a week. I work in the airport and it would be so much easier if I could have a bar everyday for lunch!

1 a day I always have a shake, bar and soup as my daily menu lol x

Hi

As already answered it's one a day because they have a slightly higher carb content than the shakes/soups. Some people eat half and save half for later in the day/eve.

Yep it's one a day and you're allowed bars from day 1 which is good.

What happens if you eat more than one? I had two on my first day, on day three now and not had any since. Sorry to butt into your thread tigerlill88, and good luck on the weight loss.
