how many grams for feta

Am sure I asked this and got reply from ermitrude but how many grams and how many syns for reduced fat feta? Did search and said 28g but thinking it has changed. Would it be same amount to use as a healthy Extra. Thanks

It's never been 28g It's now 50g anyway. Thats for the full fat version, the low fat isn't listed as a HEX. Syn-wise it will always be 1 syn per 20 calories as none of it is free.
