I have been told by Slim and Save that they recommend that the 4 meals are split up throughout the day, but I've been having 2 during the day and then 2 meal packs together in the evening. This is the response I got from Slim and Save when I posted about having 2 at a time: You must'nt have 2 meal packs together because you will have too many carbs at once and this will have an effect on your ketosis state. You must spread your 4 packs out nice and evenly throughout the day leaving at least 3-4 hours inbetween. We also limit you on the chocolate bars too to only 1 per day as we dont want you used to a diet of eating them and once you get to maintanance it will be harder as you will want them all the time. So I just wondered if anyone else was having 2 at a time?
