How many people exercise regularly as well as ss or ss+?

    Nosey question I know, but I am interested really. I am on day 5 ss and everyone has been so helpful and supportive.

    I have been to the gym 3 times this week and usually burn around 300 calories. I seem to be managing fine with this. DO you think it will help me lose weight quicker, or is it unlikely to make any difference?

    Hi Skinny

    Im only on week 2 of VLCD and like to go to gym
    Some people on these sites say that be careful not too high impact and burn muscle instead of fat but I like exercise.
    Last night day 8 I did a 45 min spin class at gym - High intensity all I did was kept the coreect RPM but dropped my resistance 10% to normal
    I didnt want to be keeling over half way through
    I think exercise is ok as long as you drop down resitance impact to normal as not taking usual fuel on board
    They say when you put weight on for every Lb it 25% muscle and 75% fat wheras when you lose its the same ratio.
    If we did not lose some muscle when we shed weight then by mt statistics based on healthy BMI i would be 0% fat which not possible

    Enjoy the gym but take it steady
