    Hi all

I'm on UK weightwatchers at 24 a day, but just wondering what points most people would eat on a normal day if not on WW?

Also what is 24 points on average to calories?

    Cheers

    Aaron

Id say thats completely impossible to generalise. depends on so much, how much someone eats, size, build, sex, appetite levels etc.

You cant do a straight comparison of points to cals as points vary depending on sat fat content. 1 point can be as little as 51 cals or over 100

Youd probably be pleasantly surprised have you checked out the points values of Chinese food?
