How many points?

Sorry to be a pain guys, but please can someone help me out with propoints? I have just restarted weight watchers last night and haven't managed to buy a points guide yet, there are a few things Im unsure about,

Please can you tell me how many points are in:
1 slice of wholemeal bread

Heinz vegetable soup

Heinz tomato soup

Weetabix chocolate cereal bar

Really sorry to be a pain
