All 15/day! I might not use all 15 each day but usually by the end of the week I'll have used 105!
I always reckon I'll use the maximum syns I can for as long as I can and then I will start dropping down to 10/day when my weight loss slows down.
I'd rather start using my full whack and cut down rather than start at little syns and have nowhere to go when/if my weight loss slowed IYSWIM?
