how many syns do you use

I generally use 5-7 a day. Yesterday i didnt feel the need to have any so i didnt.

usually a friday/ saturday i will have about 10 that usually covers my chinese plus a wee bit of choc:)
 
Usually use 5-9 for avocado or soya yoghurt/cream

Then have wine & chippies at weekend :)
 
I tend to use between ten and fifteen a day. I would probably lose a little more each week if I had less but having them really makes me feel like I am not on a 'diet' as such x
 
I tend to use 5-10 a day. It's only my second week back on the plan, I've been using my syns on things like feta cheese, olives, pesto etc. I think next week I'm going to just eat free foods & use my syns for 'treats' as atm I don't feel like I'm having any!
 
I almost always have 13-15, some days even 16 (very rare). I mainly use my syns for the oil that gets used when my food is cooked (a disadvantage of working on a ship!) so I hope that once I get back home to my kitchen I will be able to save some of those syns and use them for a biscuit here or a few more mikados there :)

Like most of you I think using my syns has helped me not feel like I'm on a diet :) My consultant always calls them: Something You Need :D

I think using less syns some days (5-8) and more others (15) actually improves your chances of losing as its keeping your body thinking. When I do this I lose more weight in the week than if I'd stuck to hardly any syns so works for me.. :)
 
I aim for as close to 10 as possible & those are my best weight loss weeks rather than 0 yesterday, 12 today, 3 tomorrow, etc
