My friend is thinking about starting slimming world... but she is breastfeeding. Her daughter is over a year old so she's fine to be doing a diet etc (not like she's only just given birth!)
So would the syns be the same, as in 15, or would she be allowed extra/?
    Thanks :)

No you're not allowed more syns but you do get more HEs and how many depends on the age of the child and whether they are weaning. When you think about it this make sense as you're increasing healthy food choices rather than nutrionally less healthy foods which might happen if you increased syns.

If your friend's daughter is over 1 year old then she would be entitled to one additional HE. which should be used for milk/cheese to boost calcium levels.
