You're right Jax - between 5 and 15 per day. I go for around 8 but you just have to find your own limit, there are people on here having great losses with their full 15 per day x

I think its all to do with your personal target and the amount of time u set yourself to get there. The harder the target the number of syns your consultant will advise would be less than an easier target. But you can do what you want as long as you dont go over 15, and as said in a previous post people are losing whilst consuming their full 15syns- GOOD FOR THEM EY! HEHE XX
