I 'think' it's 250g...but then I'm honestly not sure!! I have never weighed it!! I cook a roast chicken and cut it up and keep it in the fridge. I then fill a plate full and eat as much as I feel like...never, ever done my diet any harm and low loss weeks are just due to drinking a little too much wine and treating myself to chocolate....;)

Lol thanks for letting me know! I have been weighing it and I'm literally having half that amount
It probably is 'officially' half that amount!! Don't listen to me!! LOL!
