How much Coke?

I have cans of Coke Zero but what is the recommended limit to drink a day whilst on TS?

I think a lot of people limit it to a can a day because it can bring on hunger signals with all the sweetner in it

Okay, thanks. Bizarrely it does the opposite to me and I dont get hungry, tends to supress my appetite! I am on day 4 and still no hunger pangs. Hope this feeling lasts!

haha i havent had any yet on Exante, but I know on ww I used to live on it to keep me from eating!

Theres been a lot of research on it lately and they say that "fake sugar" tricks your body into producing insulin which wants sugar - so that causes hunger pangs. xx

I have LOADS of coke zero and dr pepper zero....no hunger pains yet!!! So go for it xxx

Yeah just go for it. Coke has never made me hungry. Quite the opposite in fact. It bloats me out!

lilt zero has citric acid, so you probably couldn't


99% of fruity drinks has citric acid or some kind of fruit in it, which is all a no no.

sprite zero is a no-no too
