oh my god, i ate too much last night. Calculating it i went 6pts over my allowance, wouldnt mind if i felt okay to exercise but i still feel too coldey.

shall have to eat sensibly

dont worry hun,if you can try and save apoint each day before your wi you will be fine,i am bloody freezing cold 2 xx

thanks hun, didnt think of it like that, if i only eat 20 a day then i should make it up soon.
