Arms are too weak from my cold/flu to get buzzed with the slendertone tonight so think ill go for a tummy session... can u get it to level 6 or do u have to do it so many times before it moves up??

You can just put it on prog 6 hun and you are away.... i didnt even realise it moved up on its own...clever ickle belt lol

My office is like 30 secs walk from my house and the 2 people who work for me are friends. I was in the office this afternoon, but I dont panic leaving them to it, they are out on the road most of the time seeing clients etc.
