How much do u lose a week?

    Hi, I know everyone's different but just wondered how much people have been losing a week. I'm trying to motivate myself to start again as find it so hard, started last thus and I'm afraid to say I only lasted till dinner time? I'm 5ft 6 & want to lose at least 3st.

    Hi Hun I lost 8lbs this time round but it varies sometimes in the past I've lost more and less! It all depends on your start weight, how much water you drunk and obviously if you follow it to the letter! :) I like s&s it's all or nothing for me I have to do something drastic to lose weight cutting down etc doesn't work for me! :)

    I started last Monday and I've lost 11lbs already! Just keep yourself busy and don't have picky bits lying about. Try not to have anything easy to eat about if you can. Mind you easy for me as only me and DH in the house!

    I'm a slow loser and on Week 1 I usually lose about 7lb then an average of 3lb a week afterwards with the exception of TOTM when I'm lucky to loss 1lb :(, but it's still much more than I could loss on any other plan x

    Thanks, all of those sound like amazing loses & so much higher then on any other diet. Kind of trying to think that although this diet is really hard it's not forever. I've got about 3 weeks of products so hoping to lose nearly a stone in that time, don't know if that's abit optimistic! Then hopefully if it's going well I can order more.
    So this is my day 1 for the last time! X

    I've had my first weigh in and I've lost 14 pounds but I have a lot to loose. I actually find it quite easy to stick to as the meals are lovely and the new orange bars and the milk choc truffa wow they are amazing. I'm terrible as I weigh myself everyday to keep my going and makes me stuck to it as it shows me I'm losing and it's worth not cheating xx
