    Im thinking about giving CD a go, but wanted to know the cost as i dont have much spare money, and have a family.

    I pay £2.20 for each tetra and bar, I think the packets are slightly cheaper. CDC's can charge different amounts though so you will find there are differences depending on who your counsellor is. Mine works out around £46 per week.

    It is definitely worth it though.

    Hiya. I pay 1.85 a shakes/porridge/soups. And 2.00 for ready made shakes and bars.
    I only started on Friday and had 2 days off due to been in hospital but loving this diet. Really worth a try. Good luck

    I pay £1.85 for the shakes and £2.10 for tetras and bars. It works out around £44 per week - expensive but if this diet works then it's worth it!

    Someone was saying it costs more in the London area but Consultants can charge what they like, I think.
