I pay £38 a wk for mine..I initially had doubts about the cost, but in the last week, just from giving up my Diet Coke habit and the lager on Sat nights ive prob not spent about £30-£40 anyway. (I did have a Major Diet coke habit, bout 4 litres a day......ergh) used to drink coffee by the bucket, and bread by the loaf and at the prices they have gone up to, this diet is cheaper for me.
My hubby decided to go on a "Health kick" with me and weve been to Tescos twice this week for his lean meat, veg and fruit and its come to over £80!!!!! Work that out????
Anyhow, £38 to me is as cheap as chips.....or cheaper cos of the amount I used to eat! lol x
