How much does your consultant charge you?

I'm paying £2 a go, and i'm having 4 meals a day. My consultant hasn't really added any value, though i'm hoping she'll come in once i move into maintenance, with recipes ideas etc. Is that a reasonable expecation? Or should i be asking for more support now?

Really depends what you want from a cdc...mine charges £2.15 but i'm happy for him to deliver and go, if you feel you need the councelling talk to your consultant and see if thats what she can offer at this stage.:)

Thanks Vicki, i guess i'm not really sure what works. I've been feeling a bit bored this week; have you hit that stage yet?

I pay £1.75 per pack and £2.00 for bars and see my consultant for half an hour and can txt/call whenever I want - we get newsletters/magazines for free x

i pay £2 for everything. thats £42 a week for 3 shakes/soups/bars a day.

i dont really talk to my cdc, just the basic hows it going and how
you feeling.
then i get weighed and pic wot supplies i need and then leave.
i think i spend about 10 mintues or so with her every week.

what mags and newsletters???? never heard of these.

I would like to know aswell about the mags/newsletters:confused:

There's a mag out every few months. Ask your cd about it. I pay £48 for 4 products a day over the week. So works out as £1.72 each aprox.
