I was just wondering what kind of exercise routines people were doing and if it made a vast difference to your weekly weight loss.
Just started the 30 day shred, its very hard, and I did not realise just how wobbly I am  until I started jumping up and down.

I cycle to work four miles each way which takes about 12 minutes each way. I have also been running twice a day ranging from 1 to 3 miles each time and I have been doing circuits at the gym.

I have only just started on LT so this first weeks weigh in should be interesting. I am also interested to see if I can maintain the same amount and quality of phys on LT as I could without it.

I go to the gym 7 days a week, mostly have 1-hour sessions but 2x a week 2-hour ones. Feel fab, feel that my stamina is getting better :D

I'm trying to psych myself up to start the Nadia Sawalha DVD for 40 mins, 4-5 times a week. Thing is, I hate exercise and I just can't seem to get up in the morning to do it, even though I've been setting my alarm 45 mins earlier than usual to give myself the time for the last six weeks, even before I started Lipotrim. Evenings are a washout as by the time I've gone through the getting home from school or after school activities, sorting tea, bath, bedtime reading, clearing the kitchen etc. it's 9pm and all I want to do is crash and watch TV, but no longer with a couple of large glasses of wine! I wish I could motivate myself to get off my fat arse and just do it.
