How much have you lost?

For those of us coming to terms with our xmas gains my consultant says to look at what you have done so far not the gain so I was thinking this may help us focus on the positive not the blip!

So trying not to think about the gain I have lost 108 lbs so far

I have lost 98.5lbs and Hopefully I can get that 1.5lb off on sunday so I can start 2011 at a nice round 100lb :cross:

Ive lost 3 stone 6lbs ... didnt gain over Christmas but STS so am quite happy to start the new year lighter than I was this time last year .... wow u have all done soooo well xxxx
