how much is most you lost?

    I lost 10lb in my first week when I did SW last time. That was my biggest loss. I was sort of expecting a good week as a lot of it is water.

    This time I've yet to lose, but I'll get there.

    you will :) 10lb is alot even for 1st week :)
    a girl in our group as had 13 weigh ins and lost just under 4st consultant said her average is 4lb per week :eek:
    thats why im doing a green week this week as shes stuck to green!..

    however i just drank skinny cow hot choc and had triple chocolate skinny cow ice cream i feel so naughty both just added to 7 synsbut im still worryin it will effect my weight loss :rolleyes:

    I lost 7.5lbs in my first week and that was my biggest loss ever, wasn't expecting it at all I thought maybe 1lb off at the most! I was still getting my head around it and had eaten some things I maybe shouldn't have! I was doing the red plan, which I've actually started to do again after about 8 months of extra easy.

    I keep staying the same weight on EE, not had a full week on red yet so I'll see what happens at WI next week. I lost 2lbs at class tonight but no idea how as I had the bank holiday weekend off plan...!

    I need to look into skinny cow hot chocolate! :D I've only about 1.5 syns today but nothing syn-ful in the house! Having drinks like that in stock might be an idea!

    Maybe changing up your eating plan will have a really positive affect on your losses. I change my mind everyday!

    The most I've lost in a week was 11lbs (agggggeeeess ago), all green days. I think I lose more with green than EE, I've never really done that many red days.

    mine was 5lb last week, stayed under 10 syns everyday. they recommend 5-15 so i go for 10 then i still have a little margin for the hidden syns. when i have 15 syns a day i usually go into "crave" mode for naughty things even when they've all gone. and i now dont have any syns until the evening, apart from a bit of sauce or gravy with my tea. i did make a conscious effort to have smaller portions, i still felt full though. hoping for a good loss this week as i havent had many syns and have been doing half hour on the treadmill this evening.

    I lost 6.5lbs one week. I'd gained 1lb the week before though, for no reason, so I was really chuffed at the 6.5lb loss. I was doing EE

    was you expecting it? - yes, i had been pretty good on plan following a gain of 4lbs the previous week!

    did you have a good week? - yes - see above!!!

    which way was you doing sw (ee green red) Red with EE thrown in!!! I love RED!!!!! :D

    The most I've lost was 7lbs in my first week.

    I felt absolutely delighted and so happy to have made a good start.

    No I wasn't expecting to lose that much at all.

    I had a brilliant week, I couldn't get over how much food I could eat and still lose weight.

    I did 2 Green days, and 5 Red days that first week.

    you must! i was feeling like was losing out when partner and kids was eating choc ice cream and magnums etc and drinking hot chocolate.... so was on a mission yesterday... i got skinny cow as was low in cals but was still expecting it be high in syns and take up daily syns but hot chocolate is 2 syns per portion and choc ice cream (tripple chocolate) and VERYYYYYYYYYY worth all 5 syns it is!

    The most i've lost is 4lbs in a week. Was dead chuffed and didn't expect it that week at all because I felt fatter! lol It was a week of red and green days as normal.

    The most I ever lost was 4lbs. That was my first weeks and one other.
    I really don't think it matters how much you lose, as long as it comes off and you get to where you want to be!

    I lost 8.5 iil in my first week on EE and i went out the Sat night had a curry and a few vodkas so wasnt expecting it..
    Was very pleased this week will be the test though to see if you lose after the initial water loss lol :8855:

    The most I ever lost is 5lbs - that was about 6 weeks in.
    No idea why!!! I felt totally shocked, but v happy.
    I mostly do red days - they suit me best!

    you all do brilliantly!..

    i know its as long as it comes off dont matter how much you lose in a week..

    just girl in my class as average of 4lb a week and she does only green most she lost in a week was 11lb got me wondering lol

    i lost 8lb in one week!

    how did you feel? i was shocked beyond belief, it was weigh day after my hen weekend so i expected a gain! i nearly fell off the scales!!
    was you expecting it? Not at all!!
    did you have a good week? food wise yes, i was very careful. but i drank my bodyweight in margarita's and champagne! i'm not exagerating, we had champagne with breakfast lunch and dinner!!
    which way was you doing sw (ee green red) EE
