Hi Just got back from the pharmacy with my weeks supply of shakes and soup but I don't have any info on how to mix them? Also she said I can't have carbonated drinks including water, as far as I was aware plain fizzy water is fine it is just the flavoured that is a no no. Could someone please advise me as I want to start on Monday.
    Many thanks x

The only info I can see on the bag is for maintenance and fibreclear.

Hiya and welcome you are meant to use 240ml to make the shakes but I personally like them better very thin so I use 5-6 hundred ml for each one. Your allowed plain sparkling water no flavours you can use tablet sweetners in your shakes too black coffee and tea peppermint and green tea are also fine no fruit flavour teas allowed. Hope this helps good luck :)

Looks like they gave you the wrong bag, that's not good. 8oz water per shake, have 3 a day and drink within 15 mins of mixing. You have to have a glass of water with the bars tho as they are very dry : )

Its supposed to be a minimum of 250mls but I have my shakes with 500 and my soup with 750 that way I sneak in an extra litre of water a day and dont really notice. So I can swig away on my bottles of water knowing Ive done a third of the work in my shakes & soup!!

Good luck for your first week.

PS a blender is invaluable!!! No lumps which are just bleugh!

Thanks crunchyfrog, I've only got a hand blender but hoping that'll do the job.
Considering the girl who served me at the pharmacy is on LT herself, she really doesn't know her stuff, I'll have to recommend she comes on here LOL. So glad I found minimins or I wouldn't have a clue where to start, thanks guys! xxx
