How much weight in how little time?

    I now im posting sooo many questions at the minute but was wondering if anyone had any ideas how long it would take to get down to 9st? Im 10st 5lbs now and i start back at work on may 5th after being off a year on maternity. i want to have lost the weight and have finished the refeed by the time i get back (just unda 6weeks) do you think its possible?

    Usually you lose around 1 stone per month, so you should manage it fine hun, but we are all different.

    thanks taylor, does the amount of water you drink effect the loss then? eg the more water the more weight loss xx

    It tends to work that way, minimum of 2 litres but try for 3 if possible.

    Something to do with flushing away all the toxins in your body and fat, so we all it the fat busting liquid on here. Good luck.

    Slim And Save as of 13th April
    I'm having to up my intake of water as I am seriously beginning to slack off. So making sure I up my water as of today. It helps keep you hydrated as well as getting rid of toxins and fat. :)
