How often should you take laxatives?

I was just wondering because Iv taken them 3 days in a row now.

Also (tmi here) when you do go, should it be green, mine is

If so is it because of the laxative, Im taking Dulcolax.

Yes the iron in the packs will give you green poo!!

I mean not kermit the frog green but certainly green tinted.

Perfectly normal and nothing to worry about at all.

Dont think taking them 3 days running can be good for you. You will naturally not need to go so often on CD/LL cos you are taking in no waste so unless you havent been for a week i wouldnt worry too much. Also wont help your weight loss cos when your body expels a la laxatives, it grabs hold of any fluid you take in and retains it. Youll probably have a small gain for a couple of days afterwards.

I take 2 dulco-lax perles once a week, others only need 1.
