How should my diary look?

this may seem silly, but

how do I fill it in?

do I add meals like lunch, dinner etc

or as it says "Free foods" and "Super free foods" do I just list what I hate? or do I have to actually list each meal

I am so confused :( it's too small to list meals on!

and is this ok so far

Breakfast

1 banana
1 muller light

dinner
free chicken tikka masala and egg fried rice

muller light & a pear

snacked on walkers baked (5 syns)

I haven't had my HEa or HEb yet, gonna do that soon

but do I have to write it like I just did above or

it says "Free foods 2/3" just list eggs, rice, chicken, tikka sauce

"Super free foods" banana, pear

sooo confused! it's only a little sheet of paper lol

i write like the second way. but everyones different. i write mine up on the computer now so i can write a plan and then shange it if i need to when im eating, helps u keep track xxx

Ty I think I may type it both ways, just for my first week so I don't forget! I know me, I am likely to! but it's silly, could be better explained on filling it in
