How to boost things along for speedier losses?

I'm normally a bit of a creature of habit and tend to stick to the same healthy extras, but in weeks when I try to mix them up a bit I tend to lose more x
 
I think water is key to speeding up losses. Also varying what you eat... I tend to get stuck in a rut so have to shift things about a bit xx
 
Another way of speeding up loss is to ensure you have some healthy oils in your diet so things like salmon or using olive oil as a healthy extra or even synning a teaspoon a day

I'm going to swap my hexb cereal bars for olive oil a bit now or see if almonds are on the list. I don't think cereal bars contain anything worthwhile tbh I enjoy them as a chocolate bar substitute but olive oil is better for me
