I was doing really well over the past 7 weeks and have steadily lost 15 and half pounds. Today - I'm obsessing about food and can't stop eating. Have eaten 5 chicken thighs, a punnet of strawberries, a bag of cherries and a cornetto! ALL THIS BEFORE MIDDAY!. :break_diet:
am going to the pub this afternoon to meet some friends and will happily drink water, so no danger there and will take some more strawberries to share out and pick at.
Toniht have beef burgers planned.
But am just so not into salad today or anything superfree. weird, because it's baking hot here, so you'd think salad would be good, but instead I was up at 7am roasting chicken thighs! :crazy:
