How to lose half your body weight in 10 days (Or a bit longer!)

I know im in for a gain dont know how much as my scales are never right. At least I know why though so I wont be devastated. I am finding it a struggle at the moment to lose, I just need to get back on it. Im back to work monday so my days will be more structured which helps.

Were going on a day out and picnic tomorrow but its all SW friendly so I will be ok . I have planned well ahead so that I dont binge on rubbish. Im out sat night with my best friend and I know that will involve lots of drinks which I dont think I could even try flexi synning so will have 1 night off plan re the alcohol, my food will be on plan though.

That's some great planning :) I know what you mean with struggling to lose!

Fran you a wonderful, kind hearted and inspirational person. You have helped me immensely. If it wasn't for your words last Tuesday I would have given up this week and not achieved what I have achieved. You can do it! Have belief! 12lbs in 8 weeks can be done. You know you succeed when you plan, get some great super free snacks in the fridge and you will get the losses you deserve. We are all here for you xxx

Agree with everyone else's kind words Fran :) I've been the same as you up until last week, and like you I knew what to do just couldn't bring myself to do it!

Good luck lovely, I know you can do it!! Xx

Thanks Laura, I know you can do it, you looked stunning in your photos before :)

Thank you Anju, I have actually planned my snacks too, so I don't get hungry and fall off the wagon. I've worked it out around working times, so when I finish at 2 I've had snacks with me for 12 at work and lunch after will be light so I am hungry at 5:30 for tea. Just need to get tonight done and I'm away. I've planned syns too. I think when I start getting good days and good weeks again the momentum will keep me going.

I did some positive visualization of stepping on the scales and hitting final target. I did well up a bit. Getting there will mean so much. I think I might throw a party when I get there :)

Yay party! I'm sure we will all be there with SW party food xxx

Hi Adele
How are you doing?
Thanks for remembering - I have actually been measured for and purchased 2 new bras!! I have gone from 44E in M and S to a 36 ..... yes you did hear me right ... a 36F in a specialist shop:eek: I have also booked in a facial and massage for next week. (didnt like the shade of green, so didn't match up this time) getting closer and closer to 500 as well xxx

Hey Anju, I ok thanks. Thats a massive reduction in bra size, especially going from 44 to 36! amazing, well done x

Fran, there's nothing left for me to say really, everyone else has said it for me. This SW journey is hard but at times it feels like it's easy until we hit a wall. I am having trouble breaking my self destruct cycle too. Everyday recently is a massive battle with myself but we can only take one day at a time and we WILL get there. You are am amazing person and a fabulous Mum and you have done so well with SW - we are all behind you - but not in a stalker way of course ;) x

Happy Friday Fran. Hope you and Nate have a good day. Any plans for the weekend?

Thank you guys. With all your support i was back on track. I ended up missing lunch. Nate hadn't been given a nap and he'd be having a late bedtime if I put him down so I built his trike, one bit doesn't work so I will get grandad to look. Then we went to the park and the bookmobile and got 3 books :) kept him busy so he wasn't grumpy being tired.

I had my heb (35g muesli) and my hea 40g reduced fat cheddar, and because I missed lunch (i did have snacks though) I didn't need a second hea so it was just a ee day. I finished on 8.5 syns 3 hifi light, 4 crisps, 1 ketchup, 0.5 jelly.

Hoping this first day back to normality will help me get through today

B: berries and yogurt and heb toast with 2 syns of jam
S: Orange
L: hea cheese omelette with a big salad and an Apple.

It could go ee, red, or green, I'm planning on having a club salad for tea, but the new potatoes are already cooked and I only know the heb weight of them raw. It might just be a good ee day rather than red, again I'm not using a 2nd hea. I'm going to take a hifi light with me to work and probably a banana too. Hopefully the bird is out and not dead in the organ pipes!

Oh scarlet don't fret, you have been a busy bee. How are you anyway? Are the babies here yet?

Soo, I get a phone call today, well, many missed calls and a phone call really. Turns out the people that did my house want to do more affordable housing in other rural areas, and they want to use our houses as a "look what we can do" thing, and they want to use nate and I in it. I was told by one man to write some bits to quote, but when the lady called me later she's done something from my file and asked if it sounded ok for me to put my name to. She was very excited to hear she could add I now work in the community at the church. Haha. "single mum..." *judgement* "...works for the church." *huh!* it will work really well in their favour showing that it isn't just for scummy Jeremy Kyle people. Got to love people's reaction to me when they hear where I work. Hilarious. Anyway they are coming to take pictures of nate and I outside our house on Monday! So I had best stay on plan over the weekend! I'm not too sure how many people will see it but I just feel so lucky to have one of these houses I'm happy to help. Apparently my name was top of the list. I think number 2 will have been my neighbours with 2 children, one of whom is disabled and the dad is self employed and does a lot of local work.

Next door will be a bit annoyed, I think she thinks everything just lands in my lap. Beautiful cute boy who she sees helps with the washing and gardening, a house about the same size as hers but with just the two of us, a new local job, close with my family.... She gets a bit grumpy sometimes. Mostly she is ok though.

Having another good sw day and nate ate all his dinner too, even asking for "more leaves" - lettuce.

Thanks hun, not yet.shes 37 weeks today, which for twin pregnancy is fab. If nothing starts by itself she's booked in next Friday as they are both laying sideways so they ain't coming out in the conventional manner!! Can't wait but will invariably make my time even busier but even though I'm so busy with work I'm still loving it.

That's great that they want to use you and Nate as an example, you so deserve that house and will be great to show other people, real people living there.
Glad being back on plan is going well, laughed at more leaves! Bless him, such a gorgeous little character as well as being a handsome little chap!! Xx

Ooh, I'm glad it is all going well, other than naughty positions, there's still time for them to move hopefully, if not much space!

It is so they can do it in other rural areas. My village is so expensive to buy and there are a handful of rentals, that are really expensive too, that the locals are just priced out the village, which happened in my old village up north too. So I imagine it is happening all over, and this company (it is a registered charity) wants to help people find somewhere to live in their community. I just hope it isn't peeing down. We have to take the photo of me for the church website too.

If you like his wanting leaves you will love his coming for raw mushrooms waiting to be cooked for dinner, and his love of pickles. I have an odd one. He loved making butterfly cakes today and was really good. I went crazy for the buttercream. Haha. We had one each and I think we will have one tomorrow, I think mum and dad are coming for Sunday dinner. Then I might take the rest to Monday's meeting depending on how many will be there, if I don't have enough nate will be having a daily cake. Or we could take some round to a neighbour's. It was really nice to do it and nate was so good. We weighed the ingredients, and he poured them in the bowl, we sieved together, and each had a mixing spoon, he put the cases in and helped fill them and he didn't touch the cooker. I have a couple of pictures I will put up.

Hi Fran. Happy hump day. What are you up to? You have been really quiet, I am missing you. Good luck with WI today xxx
