I had my last cigarette November 15th, 2011 and have never wanted one since. I've never had the urge, even when people were smoking around me, I never wanted one. It was as easy and as natural as breathing for me.
Anyway, my hubby is trying to quit and struggling with the last one or two. We go back home from Northern Ireland to England in 9 days for a week and really want him to have given those last couple up. We will be staying with my sister and her fiance and celebrating my niece's first birthday, the only person that smokes is my father and we won't see a lot of him.
I don't want him to feel like he has to sneak away to have one etc, so, can anyone offer any advice on how I can help him? I wasn't in this situation so I don't know how to help him and I don't know anyone else that has quit apart from my sister and that was due to pregnancy and the smell knocked her sick. Was really easy for her.
Any help would be great. Thanks.
