Just a quick hello to you all and to introduce myself...I have been reading through some of the forums and you lot are doing incredible!
I have started the cambridge diet today and hping to lose 2.5 stone.. I am currently 13stone and want to get down to 10.5.... Im 5ft 7 and a size 14-16... I have started sole source plus!!
