I'm Carly and I've just started with SW.

Never lost weight healthily before so here goes in trying to lose weight and keep it off feeling good in the process :)

I'd welcome any hints/ tips/ motivation to keep me going...especially as I've just started shift work which is a killer when trying to eat healthily and all you fancy to keep you going is a huuuuge bacon sandwich! Ha!
