Breakfast: weetabix crispy minis (HEXB), milk HEXA. Melon & a banana (occasional free food).

Lunch: tuna, mayo (1 syn), red onion, lettuce cucumber, 1 slice 800g wholemeal bread. Melon slices. HEXB2.
 
Had weetabix crispy minis for breakfast & have salmon from last nights dinner with me for work with some salad. Totally unprepared fruit wise so will probably not be enough speed in there.

Another taster tonight & weigh in. Not too hopeful after the curry & pizza last weekend & don't feel as though I have been as good as I could have been this week.

Just plan better for next week and make good choices while your away...should help next weeks weigh in :)
 
That pound will come off quickly, I retain so much water after I eat pizza!

Really, never heard of retaining water after pizza. Interesting. & hello.

Terrible weekend food wise, but otherwise great.

Back on it today, SP day:

Breakfast: apple, 2 hifi light bars HEXB1 & skimmed milk for tea HEXA.

Lunch: 3x Ryvitas HEXB2 & fat free cottage cheese (p), lettuce, cucumber, onion, carrot, edamame beans (S), humous (not sure on syns), few strawberries & another apple.

Totally unprepared this week, need to have a think & do a shop.
 
First time trying quorn steak strips last night, they are alright. Going to make some kind of wrap less fajitas tomorrow.

I now have my fitbit, loving it. 8,000+ steps yesterday.

I am more prepared today & have plenty of fruit with me for breakfast/lunch/snacks so hipegtkjy won't pick at chocolate like yesterday.

Getting to work earlier & will have breakie there:

Breakfast: tub of strawberries, weetabix minis (HEXA & HEXB1).
 
I've got a fitbit! (Although I will admit I'm not wearing it at the minute because it ran out of juice last night and I forgot to charge it lol)

Although I don't like quorn, I will admit that your dinner last night looked lovely :)
