Hi all,
I'm supposed to be proudly telling you all my 2nd week weight loss but instead I managed to put 2lb on!
I started my restart with my partner and although the first week went well it didn't last long!
The temptation to eat proved too much and we gave in!
My partner has pretty much decided that its all too much for him and hes staying as he is, perhaps just cutting back a bit!
But i'm not done yet, I know that this works, I know that I need to do this, I had such a brill first week and felt so good for sticking to it 100% but I need a good kick up the back side to get started again!
I have a party to go to on the 28th and I need an outfit, i'm totally dreading it as I hate clothes at this size, so I was hoping to lose as much as I can by then but I feel like i've lost the plot now and I cant do any thing about it now!
Please please help!
