Try this:
ingredients
- 1 (400g) tin chickpeas, drained
- 100g (4 oz) roasted red peppers from a jar
- 3 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- small handful chopped fresh parsley
Pulse in a food processor and enjoy!!
It should be free on Green - maybe a Syn for the lemon juice?
