can you not grab yourself a glass of water do you not have any free food

have a nice big pint of water/ diet juice
if you have any salad or quark go for it, chop some carrot battons and eat them like chips , you could throw some crazy ingredients together to make dips, dont be afraid of your weakness YOU are in control not the hunger the longer you sit and argue with yourself the more likely to eat the synful stuff.. imagine your fridge think what you can grab thats low syn or free,get a huge drink grab the food and leave the room (hovering entices grazing)so think hard what have you got ...a bag of carrots is my favourite at night lol...Xxx

You shouldn't be hungry on Slimming World. If you ARE then you need to rethink what you're eating for day 2. The whole way that SW works is by making sure you eat enough of the foods that satisfy your hunger so that you are better armed to resist the temptation of choc etc.

What did you eat for your day 1?

Yippeee didnt get up to binge. I was hungary because i didnt feel like eating during the day. I tend to become a snack machine in the evening so today i have made sure that i will have some fruit half an hour before i go to bed x

My diary is up but i think weetabix doesnt fill me up as i had a kipper with 2 boiled eggs today and feel so full and will probably be having a roast chicken today if my husband remembers to buy it! Eggs do fill me up but i try to avoid eating too many as there is high cholesterol and heart disease in my family so tend to stay with weetabix.

Maybe save your cereal for the evening munchies.

Frozen grapes or banana are good for evening munchies if you have a sweet tooth.
