Difficult one this one.....the only thing I can do to stave off the hunger is to have a coffee.... (my coffee intake's gone up though!)

Drink water. Essentially all food is made mostly of water so drinkin a glass or two of water when you feel hungry and drink a glass when u hav ur evenin meal and with each snack
Food cravins don't last that long. When you get cravins at home stick a song you like on and dance around like a div for 10 mins and you'll forget the food

I just come on here and get motivated again so the hunger goes :) think of the feeling when you see the scales go down every time you feel like giving up :)
