hungry all the time

Hi Desiree, I find that I'm always thinking about food too, but in a much better way than before. I'm actually consciously thinking about what food is better for me compared to the crap I used to eat before. I find that I am hungrier more often, but I snack on carrot sticks and yoghurts to keep me going between meal times. It'll be worth it in the end :)
