Hi Desiree, I find that I'm always thinking about food too, but in a much better way than before. I'm actually consciously thinking about what food is better for me compared to the crap I used to eat before. I find that I am hungrier more often, but I snack on carrot sticks and yoghurts to keep me going between meal times. It'll be worth it in the end
I have found when on a diet that is a normal reaction, the remedy, find a hobby, like knitting; card making; sewing something that will keep your mind active, and of course you can alway so for a brisk walk. If all else fails try a tasty Cup-a-soup, tasty n low fat.
