    Day 26 and I'm ravenous!! I really want to eat everything though I know I can't! First day that I've really felt it.

    Thanks for reply, drank lots of tea after my shake n already feel better!

    I was weighed last on Day 21 and had lost 20lbs so quite good..

    Hoping to be close to 2 stone loss when
    I get weighed on Friday, fingers crossed.

    What stage are you at?

    i'm restarting so day 2 ....
    did a mix of vlcd few weeks but lost 8 and kept off 6 .... so now on my second go , yes mental thoughts of food can drive you crazy . wow thats great 20lbs lighter , and more to come friday

    I honestly find that having a hot drink distracts me from hunger or thoughts about food. One of the things I love abot Cambridge is that you eventually just stop thinking about food. I think thats good for my brain!
