Im there with you Phoenyx i had friday to saturday off plan and now on my second day back on the plan its so tough, i was in bed early lastnight too! All i could smell was food all round the bloody house as my oh decided to make spag bol and freeze it in potions! Angry wasnt the word, i adore spag bol i love the slim and save ones too! Anyway just think a couple of days and you'll be back in ketosis with loads of energy! heres hoping anyway :)
 
When I started this time around I made a point of asking everyone to make meals I wasnt too keen on for my first week or so. I did have a slip week 3.... but asside from that it's easier once you've resisted things you love a few times!
